About the Prayer Room
Since September 1999, unceasing worship with prayer has continued 24/7 at the International House of Prayer of Kansas City. All IHOP–KC prayer sets are centered on worship. Some focus on a specific prayer topic; other sets are devotional, meaning we sing and pray the Word to the Lord. Song selections from both intercession sets and worship with the Word sets are included in the Best of the Prayer Room Live series. Much of the music, melodies, and choruses are created spontaneously in the prayer room, as the Holy Spirit leads the singers and musicians.
How Subscription Works
A new Limited Edition: The Best of the Prayer Room Live album is released bi-monthly. Each compilation captures a selection of anointed prayer and worship sets from the previous two-month period, led by worship leaders who regularly serve in the prayer room.
There are two ways to enjoy this subscription:
- MP3 downloads from the Internet
- CDs mailed to your home address; shipping is $3 extra
There are three payment options:
- $10 per bi-monthly release
- $30 for a six-month subscription of three releases
- $60 for a twelve-month subscription of six releases
Credit cards are the only viable payment method at this time; cash and checks are not accepted. Once you’ve subscribed, you may purchase past volumes for MP3 download.
All three payment options for Limited Edition: The Best of the Prayer Room Live will renew automatically until we have been contacted for cancellation. This automatic renewal will take place on the 20th of the month (bi-monthly, every six months, or yearly). You must contact us on or before the 15th of the month to cancel before this renewal takes place and you are charged automatically. Note: Once you have subscribed, your new account status will change to "Awaiting Approval." This status will change to "Approved" after the upcoming release date, when you have received your first album (MP3 download or mailed CD). See the schedule below for 2010 release dates.
